Mr. Singhvi has over 27 years of industry experience. Before joining Cadence Electrical in 2006 as Manager- Projects and Planning, he worked with the HRH Group of Hotels, Udaipur, where he was a part of Millennium Projects for Heritage Properties. Additionally, he has also worked with Reliance Industries where he was looking after infrastructure projects as part of the engineering team. At Cadence Electrical, Mr. Singhvi drives teams all across India and has successfully set up a strong vendor base for us. Mr. Singhvi is an alumnus of NIT Jaipur.

Mr Ravindra Goel's journey with Cadence Electrical started in the year 2004 when he joined as an Executive - Accounts. His understanding of client relationships and his ability to learn and adapt helped him rise to the position of Head - Finance in a short span of time. He looks after the fund management vertical of the company single-handedly and has been instrumental in developing confidence among creditors and other resources. His responsibilities also include the taxation part of states other than Delhi.

Mr. Sunil Yadav joined Cadence Electrical as Manager- Accounts in 2006. He has, in the past, worked with several auditing firms and has a sound knowledge of auditing processes. At Cadence Electrical, Mr. Yadav heads the Accounts and Taxation department and also looks after the statutory compliances, including PF, ESIC, labour licensing, ROC and Income Tax.

Having 30+ years of experience in Finance, Administration, Strategy and Project Management. Started his career in 1991 and worked with Multinational Companies like Bell Canada Enterprise, Lufthansa and Teleperformance.

Mr. Rajesh Bhat's association with Cadence Electrical goes back to its early days in 2003. Before joining Cadence Electrical, Mr. Bhat worked with several engineering companies on infrastructure projects across India. He has more than 17 years of experience in execution, troubleshooting, operation and maintenance of projects.

An all-rounder in the true sense of the term, Mr. Rajesh Kumar possesses a strong analytical insight and the prized "Yes, I can" attitude. Mr. Kumar started his career as a supervisor in the field and has long been associated with the promoters of Cadence Electrical. At Cadence Electrical, he heads the Design Teams and coordinates between the Project Teams to ensure flawless and cost-effective execution of projects. His ability to audit electrical installations and his excellent case studies make him a favourite among clients. From design and implementation to maintenance, Mr. Kumar is adept at handling it all. He holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

Mr. Tara Chand joined Cadence Electrical in 2006 as Executive, Purchase. A down-to- earth and soft-spoken person, he leads the Procurement Team. His ability to read requirements and to negotiate and order materials in time helps save precious time on projects. Mr. Chand holds a B.Com. Degree from University of Delhi.

Mr. S.P. Singh looks after the special functions at Cadence Electrical, including Logistics. He also coordinates between the teams across India on matters of logistics and purchases. Mr. Singh holds a B.Com. Degree from VBS University, U.P., and has more than 6 years of experience with procurement and logistics.
